office building in Warsaw: Ocean

Eight storey office building with commercial area on ground level (accessible from plaza and from ul. Pęcherska).

The building forms part of an existing urban development, with the emphasis on the facade along the main street, thereby creating one side of the planned town square.

Office areas have been developed on all storeys above ground floor level, in a way as to allow for maximum flexibility in future arrangement by the tenants, whether the need be for conference rooms, traditional enclosed offices or an open space.
