appartment building complex in Krynica-Zdrój spa town

We have designed a complex consisting of 7 apartment buildings and two wings of a hotel building. The complex will be located in Krynica-Zdrój – a city with the status of a health resort – in an exceptionally attractive place, among others due to the newly designed ski connection with Jaworzyna Krynicka.

Our aim has been to create a low, intimate buildings with the character of an alpine village, equipped with amenities such as a restaurant, spa and conference rooms. Looking for the expression of architecture appropriate for this particular location, we have created a number of finishing variants of the facades of buildings, taking into account local architectural details, but in a modern arrangement.

Due to the location of the building plot on a significant slope, it was a major design challenge to solve the land development plan and harmoniously integrate the buildings into the layout of the area and to provide attractive views to future users.
